Military Discount
We are so grateful for the brave men & women that serve our country and put their lives in danger for us everyday. To show how much we appreciate them, we are offering active members of the military 20% off our rates for lodging. Our beautiful cottages have stone fireplaces, satellite TV, DVD players, hot tub on private back deck, grill, and a fully equipped kitchen. Hot Springs is just a 30 minute drive from Iron Mountain, & Arkadelphia is just about 10 minutes from Iron Mountain, which have unique shops & restaurants.
Lodging prices with discount, based on a 2 bedroom-2 bath lak eview cottage (upgrades to 3-bedroom, 3-bath cottages are available).
*Sunday thru Thursday nights: $160.80 per night plus tax
*Friday & Saturday nights: $195.20 per night plus tax
Valid through April 30, 2012. Restrictions may apply during holidays. Additional charges for extra guest, pets, etc. may apply. Discount only valid for 1 unit per group. We request the guest with the active military IV visit the marina when checking in for confirmation. Taxes not included.
Pick A Meal Deal!
Come stay in one our beautifully furnished cottages and get a meal of your choice in your cottage for you when you arrive. We can do breakfast, lunch or dinner for you in your cottage. Everything will be in the fridge when you arrive. Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottages are fully furnished, satellite TV, DVD players, stone fireplaces, private deck with hot tub and grill. When you call to make the reservation please let us know what meal you would like us to provide. (Upgrades to a 3-bedroom, 3-bath cottage is available for an additional fee).
Package includes:
*Lodging in a 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage featuring private deck & hot tub
*A meal of you choice provided in your cottage
PRICES:
Now through April 30, 2012 Weekeday nights, $502 plus tax; weekend (Fri. & Sat.) and holiday nights, $588 plus tax.
Special restrictions apply to holidays. Package price excludes taxes. Reservations are required; subject to availability. Additional charges for extra people, pet, etc. may apply.
Scrapbook Package
If you enjoy scrapbooking with friends or family then this package is perfect for you! You will have your very own cottage with the tables set up for you to scrapbook on. The cottages also include hot tubs on back deck, satellite TVS & DVD players for your enjoyment. There will be plenty of light & trash bags for you also. The cottages hold up to six people. This is a great weekend getaway for you to enjoy some time to yourselves and get some things done. Just come out and enjoy scrapbooking in your own cottage at your own pace. This package is a weekend package only (Friday - Sunday) and only during our off season.
The price is either $234.00 per night or $244.00 per night plus tax. Also if you would like a three bedroom to scrap in it will be $333.00 per night. You can divide the price between however many people will be staying.
This package can not be used on holiday weekends.
Winter Weekday Getaway. "Stay two nights get the third FREE!"
Stay two nights with us in one of our beautiful cottages and get the third night for free. (All lodging must take place Sunday-Thursday nights & between now & April 30,2012). All of our cottages feature fully equipped kitchens, satellite TVs, DVD players, stone fireplace, private decks with hot tubs, & grills. The two bedroom-two bath cotages are a perfect place to have a fun or quiet getaway with your friends or family! (Upgrades to a 3-bedroom, 3-bath is available for an additional charge).
Package includes:
* Three nights lodging in a 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage featuring a private deck with a hot tub & grill for the price of two nights.
*Satellite Tv, fully equipped kitchen, stone fireplace
PRICE (based on 2-bedroom, 2-bath lakeview cottage; an upgrade to a 3-bedroom, 3-bath cottage is available for an additional charge). Through April 30, 2012: Sunday through Thursday only $402.00 plus tax.
Package price exlcludes taxes. Reservations are required; subject to availability. This package cannot be used in conjuction with any other package.
